If you’re weighing whether a podcast makes sense for your company, or you just want to know what a session is like, the answers are below. Anything we missed, ask us on a strategy call.
With a strategy call. In about thirty minutes we’ll talk through who you want to reach, what the show needs to do for the business, and what a realistic first season looks like. You leave with a clear plan and a price, and there’s no obligation to book.
No. The studio is fully equipped and a producer runs every session, so the only thing your team brings is what they know. Most of our corporate hosts had never been behind a microphone before their first episode. We coach them through it, and by the second session it feels like a conversation, not a recording.
Most companies go from strategy call to a published first episode in four to six weeks. That covers show design, artwork, a batch recording day, editing, and distribution setup. If you already have a concept and a host, it can move faster.
Both work. Recording in our Birmingham studio gives you the best sound and video, but we also produce shows with remote guests and fully remote hosts. We’ll recommend the setup that fits your team and your guests, and we handle the technical side either way.
Yes. The studio isn’t only for corporate shows. Solo podcasters, first-timers, creators, authors, coaches, church and community groups, and anyone who wants their episode to sound professional are welcome to book time. Studio time without production help is $125 an hour, and that gets you the full room and equipment, set up and ready when you walk in. If you’d rather have a producer run the session and handle the editing, we can add that too. Just reach out and tell us what you’re working on.
The room, professional microphones and headphones for every seat, multi-camera 4K video and lighting, all set up before you arrive. If you’ve booked production with us, a producer runs the session and keeps time, and editing and publishing are included too. If you’re renting the room on your own at $125 an hour, you run the session and leave with your raw audio and video files the same day.
Most sessions run two to three hours. Teams that batch their recording usually get two to four episodes out of one visit, which keeps the show ahead of its release calendar and means fewer trips for busy executives.
We’re at 200 6th Avenue SW, Birmingham, AL 35211, a few minutes from downtown Birmingham. There is free parking right at the building. If you’re bringing guests, send them the address and we’ll take care of the rest when they arrive.
It depends on how much of the work you want us to carry. Some companies want a studio and an editor; others want the entire show run for them, from strategy to publishing. We price by the episode or by the month so the number is predictable, and we’ll give you a clear quote on the strategy call. Nobody is surprised by an invoice.
We build shows in seasons, not lifetimes. Most engagements start with a first season so your team can see real results before deciding what comes next. There’s no multi-year commitment and no penalty for pausing between seasons.
Less than you’d think. One person to be our point of contact, a host who can give us a recording block, and a few minutes to approve each episode before it goes live. We handle scheduling, guest prep, production, and publishing. Most clients spend under four hours a month on their show.
You do. Every episode, clip, graphic and transcript we produce for your show belongs to your company. We don’t lock your content behind our accounts, and if you ever move on, you take everything with you.
We edit the audio and video, clean up the dialogue, add your intro, outro and branding, write the show notes, and send you a review link. Standard turnaround is about a week, and you always approve an episode before it publishes.
Everywhere your audience listens. We distribute to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon and every major platform, and we can embed episodes on your website. Short clips are cut for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok so the show works for you all month.
We report on downloads, watch time, audience growth and which episodes get shared. More importantly, we help you connect the show to the business: prospects who mention an episode, guests who become clients, candidates who found you through it. A good show is a sales and recruiting tool, and we track it like one.
Absolutely. Plenty of companies come to us with a show that stalled because the editing never got done or the host ran out of time. We’ll audit what you have, fix what’s broken, and either take over production or train your team to keep it going. Nothing you’ve built goes to waste.
